Claims Payments by Wire Transfer
At ASSA, we seek to increase our customer’s satisfaction, and we know that all our policyholders want to receive our support in the shortest time possible. That is why we now have the service of “payment of claims by electronic transfer”. This service is through the accounts of our suppliers and policyholders with Banco Agrícola.
The ways to make the payment are as follows:
- If the insured has an account with Banco Agrícola, he/she must send us the claim documentation, copy of DUI and NIT, account number (indicating if it is current or savings), telephone number, and email, to receive notifications.
- With this benefit, you will avoid unnecessary lines and will have the availability to use the money immediately.
- If you do not have an account with Banco Agrícola, we will proceed with the “Boleta de Pago” modality (Payment Slip), in which the money is available at the Bank’s agencies, and the insured must go to the agency with his DUI to withdraw the cash for payment of claims.
